How long will my order take to arrive?
To offer the best prices and efficient service, we ship from both domestic and international warehouses. Please allow 7–20 business days for delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes! If you’d like to track your order, simply contact us, and we’ll provide you with a tracking number.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day Money-Back Guarantee on all items. You will receive a full refund within 7 days after we receive the returned item. We do not charge restocking fees at Golden & Vintage.
Return Conditions:
✔ Items must be in resellable condition, with original packaging and all accessories included.
✔ If the item is not defective or damaged, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
✔ If the item is defective or damaged, email us a clear image of the product at info@goldenandvintage.com, and we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
